Orator is a full featured compact Digital Intercom available in 18 or 36 port configurations. Despite its compact 2RU footprint, it accepts redundant power supplies together with up to three camera mix & DA cards for servicing up to a total of 18 cameras. Integration with standard studio equipment is facilitated by the in built 8 in, 8 out GPI facility.

Orator control panels and beltpacks are connected to the matrix via industry standard CAT 5/6/7 cable terminated with RJ45 connectors for ease of installation. Optional digital telephone hybrids, ISDN & GSM adapters can be fully integrated with Orator systems to provide extended connectivity. Standard interfaces afford simple connection to radio equipment – either Trilogy’s UHF/VHF and DectCom Wireless talkback or to virtually any third party radio products.
Comprehensive system configuration is generated within the Pathfinder Lite software suite. Its intuitive and easy to use GUI allows any system parameter to be readily edited or modified.
All Orator matrix ports may be used for panels, 4 wire connections etc. in any combination. In addition, a wide range of other equipment may be interfaced to the matrices including:
